Prāṇāyāma is a series of mindful breathing exercises that manipulate the respiratory system, and have a calming effect on the mind. Yin Yoga is a slow paced practice that focuses on holding postures for extended periods. It targets the deeper connective tissue to increase flexibility and open the body, simultaneously calming the mind.

Arm Balance & Inversion Workshop with Becca of Hihi Yoga
What to expect:
Focused warm ups and breath connection.
Strength and flexibility drills to develop a strong foundation.
Step by step guidance for entry into different arm balance and inversion using props and the wall.
The best way to start working on postures such as crow, side crow, flying pigeon, headstand and handstand for both beginner and experienced practitioners.
Explore how to move past the fear of being upside down and have fun and find joy!

The LYT Yoga®️ method is a core based vinyasa method grounded in the principles of physical therapy and neurodevelopmental training. In this class we rewire movement patterns to help realign your posture, to help develop core strength and stability around your spine. Cultivating better joint mobility, allowing you to move with ease and freedom on and off the mat.

Postnatal Mums & Bubs Yoga with Niki, Suzy & KJ of The Mothers Yoga Collective
When: Thursday mornings 10:15 am-11:15 am.
These classes aims to nurture new mothers and babies. Class is suitable from 6-8 weeks after birth until bubs is active and busy moving. Class focus is placed on easing tensions and re-strengthening mothers' bodies from birth-giving and baby care, and aiding the physical and mental development of your baby while deepening your growing bond together.
Mothers Yoga classes aim to create a safe and supportive atmosphere, where a sense of community is fostered.Prices:
